Tell Congress: Stand Up for American Jobs and Freedom

Stop the Threat to American Jobs & Sovereignty

President Obama is negotiating one of the largest international agreements in the history of the United States. Known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership, or TPP, this agreement threatens American jobs and surrenders American sovereignty to an international authority.

TPP will hurt American business owners, Americans who work for a living, and our ability to govern ourselves as an independent nation.

Email your representatives in Congress and urge them to oppose the TransPacific Partnership and stop this unconstitutional threat to U.S. jobs and national sovereignty.

I read every word in the TPP, not only did my head hurt from the sheer amount of weasel words (non-binding promises), but by the sheer arrogance on how stupid the TPP thinks the American people are. Do not pass this trade agreement, or we will effectively create a government that has more power than the U.S. government.

TPP will do nothing for small business owners or workers . It is all for corporate benefit. It will decimate environmental regulations, send more jobs overseas, take control from our country and local areas. It will allow pharmaceutical companies to raise prices and other companies to do whatever they want without any regulation.

TPP will further destroy our economy. This has nothing to do with helping the working class of America. But this bill that Obama is proposing will only help out big corporations get by with anything

Another democratic trade deal that puts the screws to the working folks in this country in the name of protecting the working class. Since when have the Democrats become the party of the one percent. You have lost my vote if this trade deal passes!

The issue of TPP is personal to me. My father worked over 15 years at a factory in a small town that was closed because of NAFTA. He had to fire his employees, lost his job, and he has never been the same since. Our family almost lost everything. I DO NOT want another family to suffer the devastating consequences of having a parent loose their job because of a bad trade deal. My father also developed depression because of the loss of his job and many of his ex employees live in poverty. The small town in Texas has not recovered from the loss of jobs and the town is impoverished.
